Shipping

Delivery prices vary on item and location. These prices are subject to change.

All of our deliveries use a fully trackable and insured provider.

Ecarlate cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier or customs clearance process. Custom clearance charges may vary. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note: Customs and import charges may apply to countries out of Europe. These charges are subject to the discretion of each country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any fees that may apply and are unfortunately beyond the control of Ecarlate.

BREXIT: Please note that, since the 1st January 2021, UK deliveries have to go through customs clearing, and additional charges may apply as the UK is no longer part of the EU.

Payments

We accept secure payments via Paypal, Visa and Mastercards.

For made-to-order items, we expect full payment upon confirmation of your order by both parties.

Refund policy
